Vineyard Tour
On Saturday my cousin and I were finally able to visit a vineyard we’d originally planned to meander around in summer. Getting there was a landmark occasion for us, since we’d made a number of earnest, yet unsuccessful attempts and had begun to consider the endeavor accursed. As you will note in the photos, nothing could be further from the truth. This is Cypress Bend Vineyards, in Wagram, North Carolina.

How fun! You know Ron and I love the wine tours too — we went to the Lake Road Winery in Newport, NC while on vacation. We (Ron and I) must take you up to Stoney Mountain. You’d love it there.
I’m always up for a wine tour. Just let me know!
I’d like that a lot. There’s just something so earthy and pleasant about being where the vines grow.
That’s the job I need to have: Wine Writer. I could just tour vineyards full time, photographing and writing about them. Ah, a sweet life!
